These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Moment, a Zoom App developed by gtools.space (Mykhailo Gorkusha). By installing or using Moment you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Moment is a free Zoom App that allows you to capture screenshots during Zoom meetings. It consists of a Zoom App interface and a local companion tool that runs on your machine. All captured screenshots are saved locally on your device.

2. Requirements

• An active Zoom account.
• The Moment companion tool installed and running on your local machine.

3. Cost

Moment is provided free of charge. There are no subscription fees or in-app purchases.

4. Data and Privacy

• Screenshots are captured and stored locally on your device. Moment does not upload, transmit, or store your screenshots on any external server.
• Moment accesses Zoom meeting context (such as reactions and participant counts) solely to provide its screenshot-triggering features.

5. User Responsibilities

• Consent: You are solely responsible for obtaining consent from all meeting participants before capturing screenshots. It is your obligation to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies regarding recording or capturing content during meetings.
• You agree to use Moment only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Zoom's Terms of Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Moment is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The developer does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, gtools.space and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Moment, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or unauthorized capture of meeting content.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Moment after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
